Hi, Im bruce manchion

I grew up in Brooklyn New York. I worked in sales for Procter and Gamble for 14 years, which is where I first learned, and then honed my approach to leadership. That is why I began Trinity Advanced
Leadership, Inc., now over three decades in business.

Times have changed. The mindset of Team Members has changed significantly as a result of the pandemic. The way we lead needs to adjust! It worked back then, on the mindset back then, in the environment we had back then. It isn't working anymore. Yesterday ended last night! It is time to lead for today, for the mindset of today!
